Brisa was established in 1974 under the name Lassa Lastik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. by Sabancı Holding and its partners, as a 100% Turkish capital company, through a licensing agreement with the American BF Goodrich company. Operating in 60 cities with 186 dealerships, the organization produced tires under the Lassa brand, extending its product range from passenger, truck, and bus tires to tractor and heavy machinery tires. Brisa is Turkey's leading and Europe's seventh largest tire manufacturer.

The consulting team of Dijitalis provided the following consultancy services to Brisa:

Analyses of material flow within the facility were conducted, and the logistics system was examined to reduce indirect production costs arising from material movement. Various improvements such as the design of new material handling carts, assigning logistics operators to correct areas and routes, and determining production planning rules to streamline flow resulted in a 25% cost savings.
